Foothills Rental Store Policies

Rental Day:A Rental Day is 24 hours. Equipment is charged for time out, not time used. Overtime will be charged at 1/6 the daily rate per each hour overtime.

Identification required on all rentals:
1) Valid Drivers License.
2) Picture ID, state or military.
3) Credit Card or in house account.
4) Year, Make and Plate of vehicle.

Damage Waiver: As an added service, we have a mandatory damage waiver charge of 10% of the gross rental. This covers the rental equipment against accidental damage resulting from the normal, proper use of the equipment. This does not cover damage as a result of misuse, loss, tire damage, or neglect.

Cleaning Equipment: A Cleaning charge will be made on items returned unclean or in an unrentable condition at the rate of $40.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum.

Problems: If you experience problems, call immediately, if you experience problems and DO NOT inform us, you will be charged the rental fee.
