The hardware store on Foothills Blvd. was first purchased by Hank Schechert
in 1979 from Southwest Lumber. The original store was only 5500 square feet
and has since moved and grown to 13,000 square feet, plus an extensive
lumber yard and now features a Rental Store. Your Foothills Hardware Store has
had several name changes, but has always operated as your neighborhood
hardware store.
